Once we confirm we’re a good fit, the process is simple:

Provide your full name, U.S. mailing address, and email so we can create your file.

Photograph and Ship Your Cards

Take clear photos, package your cards securely, and mail them to Q3Cards. Our mailing address will be in your Google Sheets document

Card Review & Prep

Cards are reviewed in the order received.

If we identify significant issues, we’ll notify you and let you decide whether to proceed.
Cards not recommended for grading will be safely stored and returned with your completed order.

Tracking & Documentation

You’ll receive a Google Sheets link with:
- Card details
- Prep fee
- Estimated PSA fee
- PSA order number
- PSA serial number (once available)

Submission to Grading Company

Cards are shipped at the appropriate service level. We’ll notify you when your order enters the assembly phase so you can anticipate payment.

Payment

Payment is due only after grades are posted, allowing us to account for any PSA upcharges based on grade and market value.

Return Shipment

Once your graded cards return to Q3Cards, you’ll receive an invoice including prep fees, grading fees, and return shipping. Any unprepped cards will be included in the same shipment.

Fees

$15 Prep Fee per card AND
Appropriate PSA, CGC, or TAG Grading Service Level Fee (PSA upcharges may apply)

Additional Notes

Prep fee includes penny sleeve, Card Saver, full prep, and shipping to/from the grading company.
Cards not recommended for grading are free and returned with your order.
Slab crack for crossover: $10 per card (+ $15 prep fee)
Small submissions that cannot be combined with larger orders will be billed exact shipping.
Total cost per card = Prep Fee + Grading Fee
We currently ship completed orders only to U.S. addresses due to tariff uncertainty.
